The Chamber of Commerce helped us celebrate our 5th birthday! Officially 5.5 years in business! We provided a beautifully decorated venue and excellent food. Chef Steve cooked wild mushroom farfalle and a pasta bar in front of 150+ guests, Chef Matt was out under our clear top tent grilling New York Strip Steaks and Bone In Lamb Pops. Chef Joe set it on fire, literally, with a delicious Banana's Foster Flambe. We also served Bavarian soft pretzels w/beer cheese fondue, slow cooked pulled pork sliders, southwest chicken Egg rolls w/Poblano ranch and avocado, chocolate Ganache, naan bread w/tomato chutney and hummus, scallops wrapped in bacon and many more! Thanks to all that came out and helped us celebrate!
